Today Sony is releasing a new State of Play Japan which is all about PS5 games by Japanese and Asian developers. Sony has announced another State of Play Japan, with all the attention paid to the Ganesh produced in Japan and throughout Asia.
On November 11, the special presentation will be released, and it will contain news regarding future PlayStation 5 releases. The announcement made on the PlayStation Blog says that the event will last more than 40 minutes and will feature a combination of major franchise announcements, indie game showcasing and interviews.
Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls may be one of the key attractions, the 4V4 tag-team fighting game created by Arc System Works and debuted in June at the Sony presentation.
The other potential release in Nioh 3 created by Team Ninja and released by Koei Tecmo. The title was announced as well in June, and it is likely to be updated on development during this presentation.
Grasshopper Manufacture, a Japanese studio, could also revisit Romeo is a Dead Man and release the new look of the upcoming action game in the year 2026 on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. In the meantime, Capcom might provide updates on two larger projects Pragmata and Resident Evil: Requiem both of which are planned to release in 2026.
Players also wish that they could get some news of Bloodborne, either a sequel or PS5/PC remaster. Nevertheless, Sony has not given any indication of such an announcement so far.
The next State of Play Japan will be showcasing what the developers of the region are about to launch next year in PlayStation releases.
PlayStation has also verified that one of the videos is a special episode of the State of Play Japan, which is scheduled to be aired on Tuesday, November 11 and give over 40 minutes of updates on the latest games in Japan and the rest of Asia. It will consist of a combination of popular shows, new releases of indie developers, interviews, and sneak previews of upcoming games. Yuki Kaji is the voice actor who will host the show due to his massive experience in the anime industry and video games.
How to watch the broadcast
State of Play Japan will be broadcasted live on YouTube at 2 PM PT/ 5 PM ET/ 11 PM CEST on November 11 which is 7 AM the next day, November 12 in Japan. The PlayStation YouTube channel in Japan will have the complete Japanese version of the show, with the main PlayStation channel having Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is recommended that the viewers in various regions watch the live announcements and gameplay reveals at the local time.
